ATV - South Beaches Tour
If you are looking for fun things to do in Playa Flamingo, we recommend one of the ATV beach tours. We offer both the north beach tour and the south beach tour. For the south beach tour, we start at Playa Potrero and move south down the coast. Our first stop is Playa Flamingo, a stunning white sand beach that you will want to visit again and again. The road here is beachfront so we will cruise along the coast. We will then take a secluded mountain road over the ridge to Playa Brasilito, aka “Little Brazil.” Here you can grab a snack or drink before we embark on a short 15-minute walk along the beach to Conchal. Playa Conchal is sometimes referred to as “seashell beach” because of its unique composition. Instead of your typical sandy beach, Conchal is known for the beautiful crushed seashells that make up 98% of the beaches material. The shimmering sands and crystal-clear waters are the perfect combination for a memorable dip in the sea. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, take a dip in the ocean and we will make sure you head home with some awesome photos!
Starting at 9:00am AM, we will meet at our Playa Potrero office. We will begin at Potrero Beach and take the main road down to Playa Flamingo. We will cruise down the beach-front dirt road and stop for some photos at this beautiful picturesque beach. We will then continue down the long dirt road to a mountainous road with beautiful scenery. We will emerge beach front at the end of Playa Brasilito. Again, we will cruise down the beach front road through the local community of Brasilito. Here you can see how the locals live as we drive through town. Grab a snack or drink at the local super before we beach walk to Playa Conchal. Here you will have time to enjoy a nice swim at one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste! We will finish our ATV tour with a nice leisurely cruise back to our starting point.
